Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1/3 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 2 scoops protein powder (plain or vanilla)
- 1/4 avocado
- 1-2 tbsp unsweetened almond butter
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1-2 tbsp chia seeds or ground flax seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- Maple syrup, honey, pure stevia or monk fruit to taste (optional)
Instructions

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes to chill and allow to thicken, then pour and drink.
Notes
- Any unsweetened milk can be substituted.
- If your protein powder is already sweetened, no added sweetener is needed.
- Other nut butters can be substituted for almond butter.
- Protein powders can be plant-based, collagen, whey, egg, or a combination.
- Add lemon juice to taste to add tanginess.
