Ingredients

unsweetened almond milk

banana
1/3
cup
frozen cauliflower rice

scoops
protein powder
(plain or vanilla)

avocado
1-2
tbsp
unsweetened almond butter

tbsp
cacao powder
1-2
tbsp
chia seeds or ground flax seeds
1/2
tsp
vanilla extract
1/4
tsp
cinnamon
(optional)
Maple syrup, honey, pure stevia or monk fruit to taste
(optional)
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes to chill and allow to thicken, then pour and drink.
Notes
Any unsweetened milk can be substituted.
If your protein powder is already sweetened, no added sweetener is needed.
Other nut butters can be substituted for almond butter.
Protein powders can be plant-based, collagen, whey, egg, or a combination.
Add lemon juice to taste to add tanginess.
