What is the link between inflammation and weight gain? 🤔⁠

When it comes to losing weight, the equation is simple - eat less and exercise more, right? As much as weight loss can be that simple for some, for a majority of us, weight loss is far more complex than this.⁠

The truth is, there are a number of factors that come into our unique ability to lose weight (which explains why some will find it easier than others!). These factors include:⁠

👉Underlying health conditions⁠
👉Food allergies⁠
👉Chronic stress⁠
👉And gut microbiome issues.⁠

But there’s one thing these factors all have in common. Can you guess what it is?⁠
