One of the biggest concerns we hear about adopting a gluten-free diet is not being able to eat bread. The truth is that there are many different ways to make gluten-free bread by using alternatives to wheat flour.
Here we have delicious low-carb almond-flour biscuits. A savory version can have add-ins like cheese, garlic, chives and herbs. Or a sweeter version can be made sweeter with honey, maple syrup, or a keto-friendly sweetener.

- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp gluten free baking powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
