The bright flavor and bubbles give it a festive feeling without the blood sugar spikes or next-day effects. It’s a simple way to support Dry January while still enjoying something that feels like a celebration.
Ingredients
- 4-5 ounces plain sparkling water
- 1-2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- Fresh berries (raspberries, strawberries, blackberries)
- 1-3 drops pure stevia drops (optional)
- Ice
Instructions

Add the berries to the bottom of a glass and gently muddle to release flavor (no need to fully crush).

Add ice as desired.

Pour in the grapefruit juice and lime juice.

Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
