Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp gluten free baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 4 eggs, beaten

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.  Cover a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper.
  • Melt butter in a sauce pan, then cool.
  • Beat together eggs in a bowl, then add cooled butter.
  • Mix together almond flour, baking powder and sea salt until there are no lumps.
  • Add eggs and butter mixture to the flour, baking powder and sea salt. Mix all ingredients together.
  • Spoon out approximately 1/4 cup batter onto the parchment paper for each biscuit. Be sure that there is an inch between each biscuit because they will expand upon baking.
  • Bake for approximately 25 minutes, until each biscuit is golden brown on the top.
  • Cool for at least 10 minutes on a wire rack.
  • Makes 8-10 biscuits.

Notes

These biscuits can be made in advance and kept in the freezer for 2 months.
