Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Cover a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper.
Melt butter in a sauce pan, then cool.
Beat together eggs in a bowl, then add cooled butter.
Mix together almond flour, baking powder and sea salt until there are no lumps.
Add eggs and butter mixture to the flour, baking powder and sea salt. Mix all ingredients together.
Spoon out approximately 1/4 cup batter onto the parchment paper for each biscuit. Be sure that there is an inch between each biscuit because they will expand upon baking.
Bake for approximately 25 minutes, until each biscuit is golden brown on the top.
Cool for at least 10 minutes on a wire rack.
Makes 8-10 biscuits.

These biscuits can be made in advance and kept in the freezer for 2 months.
