Ingredients

garlic, minced

shiitake mushrooms, chopped

coconut aminos

tamari sauce
(gluten-free soy sauce)

rice wine vinegar

Sriracha sauce

water chestnuts, drained and chopped

green onions, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Sautee onion, garlic, ginger and mushrooms over medium heat until onions are translucent.
Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
Add coconut aminos, tamari sauce, vinegar and Sriracha sauce. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Add water chestnuts and green onions and cook for 2 more minutes.
Season with salt and pepper. Spoon onto lettuce leaves.
Spoon onto lettuce leaves.
Notes
Ground turkey can be substituted with ground/chopped chicken or cubed organic tofu.
Additional vegetables such as shredded cabbage and snow peas can be added.
