Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the glaze. In a small saucepan, combine blueberries, balsamic vinegar, honey and garlic. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the blueberries burst and the mixture thickens slightly (5-10 minutes). Set aside.
Prepare the salmon. Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and add salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes, until the salmon is flaky.
Remove the salmon from the oven. Spoon the blueberry glaze over the salmon filets. Serve immediately.
