Instructions
Combine eggs, onions, garlic, pickle, dill, mustard, saltand pepper in a large bowl. Add drainedsalmon to the bowl, flake it apart with a fork and combine with otheringredients. Add enough coconut flour sothat the mixture isn’t runny and holds together well. Form equal-sized patties with the mixture andpress tightly together. Heat the oil onmedium heat. There should be about1/4-inch oil on the bottom of the pan. The patties tend to break apart, so handle gently as you put them in thepan to cook. Cook on the first sideuntil nicely browned, about 6-8 minutes. Gently flip the burgers over and cook foranother 6-8 minutes until cooked through and both sides are golden brown.Combine all the Lemon Dill Sauce ingredients together. Top each burger with a dollop of sauce.
