  • 1 cup coconut water (unsweetened)
  • 2 cups spinach or kale
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup organic pineapple
  • 1 tbsp ground flax or chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender, mix and enjoy!
