Ingredients

plain Greek yogurt

mixed berries

honey or pure maple syrup
Splash of vanilla
Instructions
Mix yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla together.
Put yogurt mixture and berries in a blender. Blend ingredients lightly, leaving some berry texture.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.

Easy Variations
For a sweeter popsicle, add a little extra honey or maple syrup, especially if using tart berries.
Very ripe strawberries or peaches will naturally increase sweetness.
Add 1 tablespoon chia seeds for extra fiber, texture, and hydration support.
Blend in half a banana for a creamier texture and kid-friendly sweetness.
Try different fruit combinations such as peach berry, mango strawberry, or blueberry lemon.
