Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp honey or pure maple syrup
  • Splash of vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Mix yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla together.
  • Put yogurt mixture and berries in a blender. Blend ingredients lightly, leaving some berry texture.
  • Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.

Easy Variations
  • For a sweeter popsicle, add a little extra honey or maple syrup, especially if using tart berries.
  • Very ripe strawberries or peaches will naturally increase sweetness.
  • Add 1 tablespoon chia seeds for extra fiber, texture, and hydration support.
  • Blend in half a banana for a creamier texture and kid-friendly sweetness.
  • Try different fruit combinations such as peach berry, mango strawberry, or blueberry lemon.
