Healthy Shamrock Shake!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coconut/ almond milk
  • 1/2 whole avocado peeled
  • 1/2 cup raw spinach
  • 1/2 whole frozen banana peeled
  • 1/2 teaspoon spirulina
  • 1/4 teaspoon mint extract
  • 1 tablespoon flex seeds ground
  • 1-2 tablespoons syrup or honey
  • 1/4 cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Blend in a Vitamix or similar blender on high for 1-2 minutes.

Notes

TIP - My son liked it better with a scoop of vanilla ice cream added! Adults could add a 1 tsp of Maca powder. Maca is an adaptogen with hormone balancing properties!
