This hormone balancing smoothie is creamy and delicious with a nice touch of cinnamon. It contains healthy fat and protein and is low in sugar. Add in a cruciferous veggie such as kale to give it an even bigger boost!

- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp flaxseed ground
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon ground
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond or coconut milk unsweetened
- 1-2 whole Medjool dates pitted
- 1 scoop protein powder plant-based (optional)
You can sub frozen banana chunks for the Medjool dates.
To make this even more nutrient dense, add in a handful of spinach or kale and/or 1/4 small avocado.
