I moved to Colorado from St. Louis, Missouri in 2019 with my husband and two golden retrievers, Frank and Betty. I am currently a full-time student at The Nutrition Therapy Institute in Arvada, CO and intend to sit for the Holistic Nutritionist Board Certification after graduation in May of 2022.

I truly believe food is medicine and feel so grateful that I get to learn from Dr. Tracy and work in a space that cultivates my passions and gives me first-hand experience working with patients. Additionally, I have a Bachelors’ in Communication: Public Relations and experience working in a virtual health care setting.

When I am not in class, at the office or studying you can find me in the sunshine, cooking up something spontaneous in my kitchen, planning my next adventure and spending time with my friends and family in sunny Colorado.
